OK, so I wasn't great, but wasn't horrible this weekend. I did not make the best food choices, but I did not go over points. This week I have only used 5 flex points. I worked out almost every day. This morning I came into the gym and stepped on the scale - no change. Weigh in is not for 2 days (Wed. AM), but how can I have stuck to the plan and not lost anything - so not cool. So now I need to bust it for the next two days to try to lose a pound this week so I don't have to pay into the Chubb Club fund at work.

    Maybe you haven't eaten enough? They told me that at WW before when I was at my ".2 for 3 weeks" plateau. They made me try to eat all my flex and all my AP and it actually worked.
