Down Down Down
Down two more pounds at today's WI! The total is now 77.2 lbs gone! Hopefully the number will be at 80 in the next couple of weeks! Although, I am taking new workout classes and the instructor told me that he would be shocked if I see any loss (and would probably see a gain) for the first 3 weeks because he said I will be building a lot of muscle. Hopefully I will build muscle and lose fat, but hopefully the scale will go down also. When I started weight training and started with a trainer I kept going down, so I am hopeful. We'll see.
11 days until my next triathlon. Maybe I should get motivated to train for it!
