Oh yeah...
I am up 3 lbs this week. Unfortunately I felt free to eat whatever I wanted all week and undid a lot of the work I had done over the past few weeks. But, now I need to just get back on track and OP. Not going to kick myself, just going to work harder.

No worries. 3 lbs. is no big deal, especially since you just did a triathalon and needed fuel. It's not like you just sat around your house and ate and watched tv, like me :-). Personally, I'm scared to weigh in tomorrow because for some reason I have felt the need to eat cookies and brownies non-stop since last week.
