Oh well...
Gained .8 this week. Not bad given all the crap I have eaten this week though. Once I get back from my race hopefully I will have more time to plan and grocery shop and will get back on track. Although for now, weight is taking a back seat to training, so I am not going to worry about a pound or two. (and I will most certainly be enjoying some good food in Chicago, so whatever - as long as I get back on track when I get home).
Busy at work today, of course, because I am out of the office for 4 days and wanted to leave early today. Oh well.
