Tomorrow is a big day - if I show the loss that I saw when I "peeked" at the scale this morning I will be in a lower point range - Yikes - exciting, but I like my food, so giving up 2 points will be a challenge. I have been working out like CRAZY lately though so all the APs I earn should help. AND my goal is to eat a lot healthier in the next 3 weeks before my race (I CANNOT believe it is less than 3 weeks away!). Anyways, hoping for a good OP day so tomorrow will give me the results I want! I am going to workout tonight to keep out of the kitchen!
