So it has been awhile since my last update. Went to NY last week - it was a blast. I didn't count points, but I did get up and work out every day and the entire trip was a lot of walking. Even though I didn't count, I did make healthier decisions, which was great. Skipped a WI while I was gone, so at yesterday's WI I was down 6.6!
I am also doing a running clinic with a few others from work - one of the trainers is leading it. I don't know that I am learning much, but it's a good workout. And I went on a 20 mile bike ride last weekend. It was 7 miles longer than the ride in my Tri, so that felt good.
Hard to believe how fast my race is approaching. I have about 12 more weeks. Need to start picking up the training, especially with swimming. I have trouble making it to the pool. I have good intentions of going several times a week, but then lap lanes are only available from 7-9 pm and I just don't make it. Besides swimming, I am feeling pretty good about it. I need to work on my time running and biking, but I know I can do the distances.

CONGRATS!!! You are awesome! I love the training updates....my training starts Monday for the 1/2 marathon and I'm starting to get excited :)
