I have not been OP since Wednesday. I need to get back into gear and back on the wagon. Nothing particularly triggered it, I think I was just bored and went out drinking the last three nights so I could justify eating whatever I wanted much easier. (But I have been having a lot of fun, at least!!) Tomorrow I will get back OP. I went out and got some new clothes (and for the first time in a long time went to a store that is not plus sized and bought pants - YEAH!) - that should be all the motivation I need to get back on track this week. Hopefully! Plus hopefully friends and co-workers (and the trainer) will keep me accountable and keep me on track. It has probably also been that I have been busy at work lately so I have had less time to really focus on WW.
