I met with my trainer yesterday for the first time. She is very nice. She said that we are going to do interval training so I will get the weight workout in, but it will keep my heart rate elevated to burn more calories.
I also set my next goal (now that I have reached 10%). My goal is to lose another 19 pounds by May 27 - then I would have lost a total of 50 pounds before I leave for my vacation in NY. The next goal will be to lose an additional 25 pounds (for a total of 75) by August 27, the day of my triatholon. I think they are a little ambitiuos, but I hope I can do it!!
Tomorrow I am cooking Chicken Marsala - if the recipe is any good I'll post it!
