Haven't posted in a few days - it has been a lot of the same old same old. The only real developments are:
1. I have lost 2 pant sizes since starting WW - discovered that on a shopping trip this weekend.
2. I lost 4.8 pounds this week in some stroke of magic. Got on the scale 4 times to make sure it was really true and still not really sure I believe it, but I will DEFINATELY take it.
3. I think I am going to get a personal trainer on occasion to help me train for the triathlon. That is if they are willing to just worry about training and not get into my diet - I will not do it if they want me to stop WW.
4. I'm going to join a pool down here to start training.
5. 1 month from today I am doing a 5K. I plan on walking it rather than running, but it'll still be a good experience because that is the distance of the run on the triathlon.
