Sunday was the bike ride - it was supposed to be 10 miles, but they mismarked the route and it was only 8.5. I felt good - not too much effort, although it was an easy course, but I think that it was a good start for my training. Also played softball yesterday - it's amazing how much weights I can lift, but I spend an afternoon throwing a softball and swinging a bat a couple times and all of a sudden my arm is sore. Go figure. Our first official game of the season is Thursday.
Worked out with the trainer this morning. We did circuit training - 1 minute on EVERYTHING. It was hard, but I think it was harder than it should have been for me. I am getting frustrated that I cannot do everything and I feel like I do a poor job on a lot of the exercises. I know doing it is better than not doing it, but the gym is really starting to tick me off.
No cooking again this weekend - too busy. At least I finally got to go grocery shopping for the first time in a couple weeks.
