Down 2.8 this week. Not bad considering that I went out on Saturday and ate a lot of junk (as well as a couple drinks). I think I am finally back on track and getting used to my new point range (as of several weeks ago, I just hadn't been sticking to it). Worked out with the trainer this morning - that went well. I have also been running a lot more lately - I am up to running 23 minutes without stopping or without walking. Need to get my butt back to the pool, though. Haven't been in 2 weeks and won't be until I get back from NY (next week).
