Don't know how it happened, but I managed to lose this week - another 1.8. I was not OP for like 4 days, but I guess it wasn't so bad after all. Now, I need to make sure to get back on track. I decided that if I am OP all week - no bad days and have good workouts all week I will buy myself two new shirts. I won't always reward myself for getting back on track, but this time I need a little more motivation, I think. I need to make sure that I get right back on track instead of quitting, like I have always done in the past.
Oh yeah - the 1.8 that I lost today brings my official total to exactly 50 LBS!!! I can't believe it!!!

Wow! That is soooo exciting, girl! I'm so proud of you :) Definitely buy yourself some new shirts!! I do online and weigh myself Wednesdays as well....I was only up one pound this week which considering how much I ate/drank Thursday - Sunday is amazing :)
