Back on track - 1 day and counting. I had a good day yesterday. I did the kickboxing class at work, then went home and felt like running - I ran 5.3 miles. I had not run more than a 5K so I was really excited! It's easy to keep going when you have things like that to motivate you!

I definitely will!!! I am no expert yet, but I am up to 8 miles now....definitely the longest I've ever jogged! Now if I could just go that long OUTSIDE...
