So I am up .2 this week, which given the family reunion, all the crap I ate this week, and the fact that workouts have been pretty easy lately is a victory. I am having trouble with my left calf, so running has been a real issue lately for me. I finally broke down and went to urgent care Monday and was told it was not injury related, that it may be a blood clot or a tumor. I have an appointment tomorrow with my real doctor, so hopefully he will tell me the other guy was a quack and figure out what is wrong.
I am recommitting to WW today. I have been off track for a couple weeks, but now I am going to get back on track and have a good week - at least most of it, I have given myself permission to take next Tuesday off because it is my birthday and who wants to be good on your birthday. Other than that I am going to be good all week and hopefully will show a good loss next week!

Becky! I am right back on program with you!!! I had been lax for a couple of weeks, and then a HUGE lapse Saturday through Monday, but as of yesterday I am back on track!!! We can do this :)
I'm sorry to hear about your calf...I hope it's nothing too serious :(
