Back to regular workouts - well, not the running, but biking and weights. Toe seems to be getting better, so hopefully I will be back to running by the end of the week. I have managed to stay OP this week, except for the weekend, when I had a few too many drinks (ok, more than a few) and we all know what the day after is like - I think I ate everything in sight on Sunday. But I got right back OP yesterday and hopefully I will save the week for a loss.
