Down 1.6 this week, even with my bad weekend. I am finally getting back on track. I sat down yesterday and developed a training plan for this month, to make sure I am ready for my triathlon on the 27th. This will probably help me lose because there will be 2 a day workouts for the rest of the month. And the extra evening workouts will keep me out of the house, so I won't be as tempted to eat in the evenings. Today I went to the gym for about 40 minutes this morning, but I have kickboxing tonight and am going to the pool to do some laps after kickboxing.
