Onederland!
That's right, as of today I am officially in the 100's, not the 200's! WI was great - down 3.0, which was more than I had even hoped for. I am sure it is because I worked out at least 10 times last week. Although the triathlon training takes a lot of my time, it is definitely helping me lose! Now I need to keep the momentum after losing 2 points per day - YIKES. At least with all the working out I am able to eat more (although after the race once things settle down I might struggle).

WOO HOO!!! Training is DEFINITELY what is showing me the losses....feels great doesn't it? I can't believe your triathlon is soooo close!!! Keep up the great work :)
