Nervous
I will be doing my first triathlon on Sunday! (as a practice for the Chicago Tri, which is 9 days away). I am very nervous, but I think it will be a good thing to go to the Great Buckeye Challenge Tri to get a feeling for what I will be doing in Chicago. And, assuming I am able to finish it, I think it will give me a lot more confidence and will make me less nervous for the Chicago Tri. I am more nervous about Chicago because there will be people there with me -- so if I fail, I will let them down. But I have not told many people about this weekend's race, so I am not as worried about it. So in 3 days hopefully I will be a triathlete!

I will be cheering you on from DC! I know you will do it (both times!) I'm nervous about my race, too, but I think it's great that we are pushing ourselves past our comfort zones!!! :)

yay! good luck!! by the way, i still have NO plans of JOGGING a race. No sirree. I exercise outside here because it's 65 degrees and we have no air conditioning.
By the way, check out www.walkjogrun.net. It's awesome for planning out runs/figuring out calories, because it takes into account elevation and all that crap. It's AWESOME. Amanda told me about it.
