I'm Back!
Sorry that I was MIA for awhile, but I am back!
I essentially took the month of December off - I haven't seen the scale in awhile, but I am sure it is not pretty. But, I am back as of today. I start my training program for the 1/2 marathon today and I am going to be totally OP today. I worked out with my trainer this morning.
Tomorrow is a run in the morning and spinning class in the evening. Thursday I workout with my trainer and have a kickboxing class in the evening. Friday will be a run. Hopefully since I am posting my workouts for the week I will actually do them! Although I have been working out regularly for almost a year now (it will be a year on Jan 11 - wohoo), so that isn't as big of a concern as getting back to basics as far as what I eat. I have been less consistent as far as staying OP and I need to get back to the point where it is automatic.
I am going to try to post more often as I work to get back OP to hold myself accountable.

Happy New Year! 2007 will be the best year yet...I can feel it! Congrats on starting trainning - you can do it!!! :)
