No Loss
So I weighed in today instead of yesterday and there was no change from last week. But, given the fact that I have been sick so not working out much and since I was feeling sorry for myself and ate a crazy amount of food the past few days, I am definitely happy. I got back into the workouts today - ran / jogged / walked 6 miles and I plan to be OP the rest of the week (including this weekend for the Girl's get away - it'll be challenging, but at least a lot of people will be there to help me stay accountable!)
I don't know how I am ever going to be able to run the half marathon in May. 6 miles just about killed me today and I definitely didn't run all of it. I know I have a lot of time left before the race, but I am still starting to worry about it a little. Maybe I can use that worry to help me stay OP and challenge myself with my workouts.

Becky, you can do it! You don't have actually run the entire way, you know. I'm probably going to jog 5min./walk 1 min. the entire way. And besides, if you don't think you can do it, then I'm SOL. I haven't jogged in 3 weeks. We're going to do this together!

YOU CAN DO IT!!! Believe me - you have PLENTY of time to train, and you have shown through your triatholon training that you have what it takes! I will be doing another half sometime around Indy, so we can swap training notes! I'm looking forward to it :)
Oh....and it's 11:45 am and Michigan Still Sucks :)
