I am so freaking stressed right now. I have my first trial on Tuesday. Unfortunately I cannot prepare for it because I keep getting stupid assignments at work. I have worked 13-14 hour days for the last week trying to get everything done and it is just not working. As soon as I get a project done and think I will have time to prepare for trial someone else calls me with more crap to do - and its not like I can say no. So with all the stress and I am so busy I have no groceries - I am really struggling. I don't know how to stay OP when I am this busy and stressed.

Becky, you can do it! You need to take 30 mins. to go to the store and stock up on Lean Cuisines, yogurt, cereal, soup, etc. Whatever you like that is reasonable in points, easy to make, and that is portable, so you can take it to work with you or eat it quickly at home. The 30 mins. you spend in the grocery store will equal time taken to get fast food for dinner or lunch, I promise.

I second (and need to follow) Starfruit's advice. That is crazy that you are working 13-14 hour work days! Although it can be more expensive, I actually find I'm sometimes better at staying OP when I'm eating out...Subway, salads at McDs, Wendys, etc, Wendys chili...just take a deep breath, and think of how great you're going to feel after the trial is over!! :)
