Victory
Down two pounds this week. Total = 85.2 I need to lose another 7 lbs in the next 4 weeks to hit my next mini goal and reach my weight loss goal for the workout class I am taking.
So yesterday pretty much sucked. I was really pissed off about a case I am working on and I really wanted McDonalds and chocolate. I know that when I get mad I eat - like it's going to do anything other than make me feel even worse, but I do. So last night I realized that I was about to eat myself silly and instead of doing that I went down to the gym and ran 5 miles. I kindof went to the gym because I knew my trainer would be working out with someone else and I am glad I did because I pushed myself really hard (so I wouldn't look lazy to my trainer). Then I went home and ate 400 calories worth of candy corn - but I had just burned 800 calories, so it's all good.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!! You are SUCH an inspiration!!!! And way to work out instead of eating....I've had a bad day today, eating and otherwise, but I'm going to drag my butt to the gym now :)
