YEAH
Down 3 lbs this week for a total of 80.2 lbs gone! I was pretty strict and did a lot of working out this week, but was worried since I added more weight training and was told I would not see a loss for the first few weeks since I would be building more muscle. Well, I don't know if I just suck at building muscle or what, but I am glad to show a good loss for my effort. Although I guess there will always be that doubt, because now I have a sinking feeling that I did something wrong and didn't benefit from the classes / training by building muscle. I need to stop trying to be such a perfectionist and just enjoy the loss! How do you respond to weight training - do you notice it in your weight? Does your loss decrease?

CONGRATS!!!! Another milestone - 80 pounds down is fantastic!!!
My weigh ins have never been negatively impacted by working out. I am paranoid like you, though....I haven't been feeling my lunges as much lately in body pump...maybe I need to add more weight???
