17 minutes
So, after being sick since Friday, I was supposed to run 15 minutes today, but ended up doing 17. I feel so good! My hip hurts a little now, but felt great during my workout. It is great to be getting back to the gym.
Getting back OP has been more difficult. I'll do ok during the day, but not when I get home at night. It didn't help that I was sick and couldn't eat for 4 days this week either. I have been doing better with bringing lunch to work, once I get back into the swing of things in the evenings I'll be doing great. I'm going to hit the grocery store, restock my heathy foods and get back into it!
On a separate note, I got a case of the new G2 (low cal. gatorade) at Sams club. I didn't hold out a lot of hope for it tasting great, but it does! I love the grape and the orange. It still isn't really low cal. though - 70 calories for a bottle, but it is half the calories of regular gatorade.

Congrats on the running! My motto this year has been one thing at a time....first the gym, now sweets....I'm figuring that if I make one change every month or so I'll be where I want to be by 2009 :)
I'll have to check out the G2!
