Back on Track - again

Ok, so the bad news is that I am up 2.6 this week. But the good news is that it doesn't really bother me because 1. Broccoflower's batchlorette party (CRAZY FUN) and 2. Our work Chub Club starts today so I didn't want to have a big loss before the competition begins. So I let myself have one more week of eating like mad, now as of today the Chub Club is going on and as of next week the Biggest Loser Contest with a couple co-workers starts, so I should have the motivation I need. After all, I want to win!

My new goal is to lose 25 lbs by May 5 (the day of my 1/2 marathon). It seems like a lot, but it is 4 months (and 16 WIs) away - so I need to average a loss of 1.5 a week between now and then. I think that is possible! But - I will need to stay hard core and stick to it.

Today is my 1 year anniversary on WW. So, I am going to get back to basics and try to remember how motivated I was when I first started a year ago.

    Happy Anniversary! You can do it!!! I am up .8 today, but that is okay, I am back on track and ready to lose!!! And my half-marathon training started yesterday :)
