Good and bad . . .
Hit the gym this morning for the third day in a row. Yeah! I did the treadmill for 45 minutes. Ran 20 minutes. I am still a long way from where I was in terms of running, but it is coming back faster than I thought it would. I just need to keep it up and not push myself too hard - I have to remember that I have to ease back into it and not hurt my hip again! (I probably shouldn't have done 20 minutes this morning - technically I am on week 3 of my Dr.'s program and am allowed to run 20 minutes in week 3, but I only ran once during week 2 because I was sick)
After a great workout what did I do? Ate a doughnut. It was delicious. I'm not sorry and I don't feel bad about it.

Congrats on the workout! I also worked out this morning, and while I waited for my oil change, I walked to Duncan Donuts to get a coffee...they just happened to have a special on egg and cheese bagel sandwiches....so I treated myself....it was sooo worth the $1 (and the calories!) :)
