Weigh In
Down 1.4 this week. I had hoped for a bigger loss since I am finally getting back OP - I was hoping to shock my body a little, but I can't really complain about almost a pound and a half. Now I am 1.2 away from my next mini-goal so hopefully I will make it there next week. I should be able to. 21lbs left to reach my goal of 25 down by the half marathon.
This week's goals - to get more fruits and vegetables into my diet, to journal all week and to get to the gym every day.

Congrats on the loss!!! I'm weighing on Fridays now, and I don't think it will be that good this week....
I like your goals! I think I'm going to steal them :) (But first I have to go to the grocery store!)
