Seriously, today is the day
I am officially back on track. Worked out this morning including the 20 minutes of running that I am allowed this week. Brought a healthy breakfast and a healthy lunch. Drinking water instead of diet coke. Have a healthy dinner already cooked at home, just have to warm it up when I get home - so I have NO excuse to stop and get something on my way home. I will stay on track today, and I will check in tomorrow to let you know how I do.
