1.3
Down 1.3 lbs this week. I was pretty good, so I was hoping for a bigger loss, but I'll take it. I got off to a rough start to the week yesterday, I decided I needed to eat Unos deep dish pizza, so I am going to try to make it through the rest of the week without using any FP - and I am going to try to get in quite a bit of exercise this week (which will include my 7 mile run on Saturday).
I have also been trying to figure out how to motivate myself. This morning I decided that after I have a week where I am completely OP - including journaling and working out all week, I am going to buy myself the Tiffany's bracelet I have wanted for years. BUT - I will only be allowed to wear it if I stay OP (and lose my goal each week). Maybe that will help me to stay motivated. I mean thinking about my goal of being down 25 lbs by the half marathon (and even more by Vegas) helps, but maybe a little more "materialistic" goal will help me keep focused.

Congrats on the loss! And if I had money, I would buy the Tiffany's necklace (well, the $160 one, not the $8500 one) I've always wanted and use it as motivation.

This is the bracelet I have wanted for years (and the necklace too) - I think the necklace will be for either 100 lbs lost or goal.
